Polish 3D printer manufacturer ZMorph launches today at EuroMold 2014 their new generation of 3D printer: ZMorph 2.0 S personal fabricator.
ZMorph 2.0 S comes with 11 interchangeable toolheads which allows you to print in a range of materials including ABS, PLA plastics, wood (milling), policarbonate, ceramics and chocolate. You can also use it as an engraving machine, laser cutter, 5-axis milling machine to bring your design to reality.
"Multi-functionality is ZMorph's main advantage," explained Przemek Jaworski, ZMorph's CEO. "It allows your 3D printer to be able to do so much more. It becomes your personal fabricator – a mini factory that can work in almost every workshop, office or home. With the latest advances of toolheads the 3D printer is changed from a useful device into a truly multi-functional machine, able to work with many materials and techniques, additive and subtractive. "
The entire machine has been redesigned with a full metal frame, increased precision and durability, new Z-axis drive for enhanced positioning accuracy (down to 0.001mm) and improved print speeds of up to 120mm per second. The ZMorph 2.0 S also includes more intuitive user interface with easy-to-use navigation menu.
